ATWEC Technologies, Inc. first organized in 1979. Its' first product was the development of a new technology for auto security (see Commerical Appeal March 27, 1981). Since that time ATWEC has remained in the background as the think tank for numerous projects for its' security company AES security.

On Feb 21, 2000, ATWEC emerged as a separate Delware Corporation doing business in the State of Tennessee. The primary focus has shifted to pre-school and daycare safety products as it relates to the transportation industry. ATWEC is presently on the verge of becoming a publicly traded corportation at the completion of its security filing by the end of 2001. Our corporation is gaining the financial backing to supply the best in research/development, customer service and advanced products.
